All subscription payments are final and non-refundable once processed.

Why don’t you offer refunds?

Each extension provides free and generous trial credits that are sufficient for your daily use. You are only required to subscribe after you have used up all the free credits.
Please make sure to utilize the free credits to verify that the extension meets your requirements before subscribing. If you encounter any issues with the functionality, please contact us.

I mistakenly subscribed to the service multiple times, resulting in multiple charges. Can I get a refund?

Yes, for duplicate charges we will issue a refund. Please contact us and provide your subscription email so we can process it. Once a refund is processed, it may take 7-10 business days before showing up on your billing statement.

I forgot to cancel my subscription and have been charged every month. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for unused subscription periods. You can cancel your subscription at any time and continue to use the plan until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will switch to the free plan.
