Subscription successful, but the features are still limited.

Refresh The Page

Refresh the Facebook page and click the download button to retry.

Check if the account is logged into the Extension.

Pin the extension's icon to the browser's actions bar.

  1. Click on the extension icon located in the top-right corner of the browser.
  2. In the pop-up window, locate the extension "PhotosDownloader for Facebook™" and click on the pin icon on the right side.

In the popup page, click on "Login or Signup with Google" (please use the Google account you used during subscription).

After successfully logging in, refresh the Facebook page and try again.

Check if the subscription was successful.

If the subscription is successful, there will be a Basic Badge or Premium Badge next to your email account name (please ensure that your Google account is the same as the one used during subscription).

If there is no Badge displayed after your Google account name and you receive a prompt to "Upgrade to Premium" (as shown in the image below),

If no badges are displayed, this may be due to caching. Please follow the instructions below to reload your subscription information.

  1. Click on the extension icon located in the top-right corner of the browser.
  2. In the pop-up window, click on the icon next to your account name.
  3. Click "Reload" from the dropdown list.
  4. Wait for the reloading.

In general, after the completion of Reload, it will display a badge after your Google account name.

At this point, you just need to refresh the Facebook page and try to download photos again.

Re-login to the extension.

Re-logging into the extension can thoroughly clear the cache. Please follow the steps below to re-login.

  1. Click on the extension icon located in the top-right corner of the browser.
  2. In the pop-up window, click on the icon next to your account name.
  3. Click "Logout" from the dropdown list.

After logging out, click on "Login or Signup with Google" (please use the Google account you used during subscription).

After re-logging into your account, if your subscription is successful, it will display a badge after your Google account name.

Now, you just need to go back to the Facebook page, refresh the page, and then try the "Download Photos" feature again.

If you still don't see any badges displayed. This is usually caused by the following reasons:

  1. The account you logged into the extension with is different from the Google account you used to subscribe with on Stripe.
  2. Your subscription was not successful.
