How to cancel my subscription?
- Click on the extension icon at the top right corner of the browser.
- In the popped-up page, click on next to your account name.
- Click on "Manage Subscription" in the dropdown.
- Wait for the webpage to redirect to the Stripe portal.
- On The Stripe portal page, Select the subscription you want to cancel and click on "Cancel Subscription."
Subscription successful, but the features are still limited.
Typically, this can be caused by various factors, and here are some quick troubleshooting methods:
- Refresh the page and try again.
- Make sure that the Gmail account you are logged into in the extension matches the one you used when subscribing.
- Log out of the account in the extension and then log back in again.
Can I get a refund?
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable once processed. Each extension provides free and generous trial credits for you to verify that the extension meets your requirements before subscribing. For duplicate charges, please contact us and we will process a refund.
